We help you offer speaking events and communication opportunities to reach your business or nonprofit goals. Here's how we do it--
--Talk with you about your current speaking events or outreach opportunities and how you're getting the word out. Doing more of what works is often the answer.
--Review your existing script, communication materials, ad campaigns, website, social media, and more for possible updates.
--Determine your target market--those most likely to choose your business or service.
--Create a plan to identify and get you or your services in front of potential clients or communication sources. We also help you partner with non-profits, government agencies, businesses, and more to increase attendance.
--Build a budget with affordable and highly-targeted outreach options including print, video, social media, website, direct mail, television, radio, and more.
--Schedule, organize, and produce your public speaking, communication activity, or "get to know us" events. Face-to-face meetings remain the most effective selling tool for every profession and business.
Give us call or email us about your project.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Check out our blog post with five tips to fight back the fear of public speaking and host more successful speaking events. The post features attorneys, but applies to any profession or organization.
Make sure those most likely to use your services attend your public speaking event. Use direct mail to reach folks of the correct age, income, location, and more. Offering and "Ask the Expert" opportunity shows your interest in client's problems.
Direct mail remains a top communication option because it puts a tangible piece in the hands of the potential client and arrives via a much less cluttered channel – the client’s home.*

You don't have to be behind the podium. Your video can carry the message, too. Outreach communication for cancer treatment facilities and health care in general requires a quiet call-to-action with sincere sensitivity to those facing serious illness or injury. In this example, we organized a partnership with the Tarrant County Health Department to provide 4,000 COVID vaccinations in a drive-through clinic for highly vulnerable cancer patients, caregivers, and more. Our team provided budgets, onsite direction, online appointment setting, volunteer coordination, outreach communication, and much more.
We needed to reach thousands across the state of Texas. Cross-country public speaking events were not in the budget. Instead, we created a video tour to help sell out a new luxury apartment high-rise for seniors. Posting this video to social media, embedding in the client's website, and sending out in e-blasts generated enthusiasm from potential clients far ahead of the opening date.
