Community Outreach

Here's how we help--

Step 1 - Work with you to schedule, organize, and produce community events, presentations for public speaking, or "get to know us" activities. Face-to-face meetings remain the most effective selling tool for every profession, organization, and business.

Step 2 - Talk with you about your priorities for a community event or activity. Do you want to offer fun and spread the word about your organization? Are you providing free medical testing or treatment? Do you want to teach folks how to do something?

Step 3 -Talk with you about what you're doing now. Focusing on what works and discarding the rest may be the simple and best answer for your event.

Step 4 - Determine your target market--those with the highest possibility of choosing your business or service.

Step 5 - Create an outreach plan with your input. We help you identify non-profits, government organizations, schools, churches, and more who could partner with you. Building these relationships will likely help you achieve your goals quickly and efficiently.

Step 6 - Provide affordable and highly-targeted promotional options including print, video, social media, website, direct mail, television, radio, and more.

Fantastic Teeth Fan Club

Prevent Tooth Decay Project 74,000 Dental Kits Annually

Sundance Associates originated the Fantastic Teeth Fan Club (FTFC) concept to advance a non-profit focus on preventing childhood tooth decay. The organization also offered free dental care on a case-by-case basis.

  • The project distributed approximately 74,000 dental care kits annually to first graders across Texas at nearly 900 schools.
  • Goals for statewide volunteer participation were exceeded with approximately 400 Masonic Lodges joining the effort.

Here's how we did it--

  • Researched items for tooth decay prevention kits; developed program budget; wrote protocol for assembling and distributing kits; contracted for assembly and mailing of kits to schools.
  • Coordinated outreach to form partnerships with school districts on a statewide basis for participation in  the program. With school district approval, provided all information for program scheduling to non-profit client.
  • Produced statewide direct mail campaign to attract volunteers, created informational summaries for schools, and distributed customized press releases recognizing volunteers and schools.

We love these projects! Give us a call today about your dream--

101 Deadly Days of Summer

Opening of Trauma Center & Safety Awareness Event

July 4, our beloved national holiday, also ranks as the deadliest day of the year for vehicle fatalities.

This day kicks off the most high-risk period for traffic fatalities--the summer months.

"101 Deadly Days of Summer" spotlighted the new JPS Trauma Center Hospital and public safety awareness.

Speakers, a vigil ceremony, facility tours, and other activities brought awareness and attention to this major county hospital.

We coordinated the event through partnerships with

--City government officials

--Local police departments and state troopers

--Tarrant County emergency room physicians

--County-based first responders

--Clergy associations for multiple faiths

--Boy Scouts of America

All major media outlets in north Texas sent reporters, camera crews, and photographers to cover the story.

We'll handle your event from start-to-finish or show you how to make it happen.

Outreach for Seniors in Need

No Mason Left Behind Project

The No Mason Left Behind Project focuses on donations to provide a lifetime home, food, and activities for eligible seniors living in poverty or dangerous situations.

  • Developed entire concept around fraternity legacy of caring for one another and relatives--for a lifetime.
  • Used storytelling focused on real-life examples of those provided with rent-free living accommodations.
  • Conducted interviews, wrote copy, organized photography, created videos to promote message via direct mail, social media, website updates, and e-newsletters.
  • Developed donor recognition system and distributed awards.
  • Initiated and managed timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, billing approvals, and problem resolution.

Sharing No Mason Left Behind Outcomes

  • Video storytelling helped donors understand how their gift transformed lives.
  • Donors can more easily relate to those they are helping--solid citizens who never intended to be in need.
  • Contributions can be made immediately--within the video--through a link to a secure donation site.
  • This video evolved into a social media post, website update, and e-newsletter topic.

"Record-setting 18,500 Participate in Race for the Cure"

We helped the Komen Race for the Cure - Fort Worth draw 18,500 participants, setting the highest attendance record in the history of the organization--a record that still stands today. Increasing attendance at your event, regardless of size, is a challenge we welcome. Plus, we have decades of successful event production and marketing experience.

We'll create a plan, manage the set-up, and handle the marketing to attract a crowd to your speaking engagement, medical screening event, promotional activity, and more.  Need sponsors? We can do that, too!  We'll handle it all from start-to-finish or show you how to make it happen.

We focus on benefits for attendees

Why do you want to hear a top breast cancer physician speak? Because you'll  find out how to lower your risk of breast cancer -- a disease that affects one in ten women. We give specific, valuable reasons for people to attend your event. The results? We helped this doctor build a highly successful practice--built on the power of public presentations and requests for her services from impressed audiences.

We provide eye-catching leave-behinds

Don't underestimate the importance of "leave-behind" materials. This brochure helps encourage attendees to make appointments or learn more.  It also captures the emotional commitment this physician has for her patients, lists her impressive credentials, and points out her highly focused services.

"Create Excitement! Don't Miss This!"

Family Day 2018 poster describing event fun and festivities

Blast the energy & excitement of your event through color and art!

Moms and dads have almost unlimited choices for family entertainment today. Including staying home to play video games, watch movies, or binge on sports. The poster we created for Texas Masonic Family Day bursts with fun and energy while emphasizing the many free activities for families on a budget. We're shouting, "Don't miss this!" This theme carries through on posters displayed in fraternity lodges, fliers mailed to members' homes, tri-fold cards handed out at other Masonic events, and multiple videos pushed out via social media, the organization's website, and e-blasts.

Celebrity leaders attending Family Day

Celebrities attract a crowd

If you're lucky enough to have a celebrity or two attending your event, let everybody know about it! Folks want to be in the company of leaders, stars, and heroes! They'll show up  to be in the company of the elite, then stay in your hotel, eat at your restaurants, and spend money at your shops.

Tri-fold business card for Family Day 2018 - easy to put in a pocket or purse for later reminder

Offer miniature event reminders

Business card-sized reminders may stick around much longer than fliers and posters. We created this tri-fold business card as quick and portable reference for the event date and important details.

We look forward to hearing from you!
