Stepping back into the warmth and candlelight of an old-fashioned Christmas makes for beautiful holiday memories. This tour of homes serves as the major fundraiser for Historic Jefferson Foundation. We are proud to have helped increase online ticket sales by $10,000, approximately 30%. We focused on pre-event sales because weather conditions can drastically affect event day attendance. and ticket sales. We developed the annual marketing theme, create all materials, & coordinate television, radio, print, and online advertising buys.
We recently re-designed the website for the Jefferson Candlelight Tour of Homes. We moved the client to a simple ready-made template for this annual event. We also added a "buy tickets" button to every page, image, and video. This made it very easy for clients to decide to purchase tickets at any point. And, purchase they did!
Reaching those visiting a tourist destination can be as easy as putting posters in shop windows and brochures at local hotels and B & B's. Tourists can snap a cell phone pic and have an immediate reminder to return to your town. In fact, they may re-book as soon as they return to their room!
Your customer email list may be the most cost-effective tools for selling your event, services, or products. Among your most valuable customers are repeat customers. It's a mistake to spend all your efforts going after new customers or clients. An existing customer is 9 times more likely to purchase again. Since they are already satisfied, the customer is also more likely to respond to new discounts and other incentives. We send four e-blasts annually, watching results closely. We also purchase e-blast capabilities from local newspapers and magazines, as well as providing copies of these e-blasts to the Chamber of Commerce.
