We helped this client sell out a new luxury apartment high-rise and generated so much excitement that a waiting list resulted for a second luxury multi-family tower. Our team combined drone video, cell phone clips, and onsite photos to produce video construction updates. Posting these quick videos to social media, embedding in the client's website, and sending out in e-blasts generated enthusiam from potential clients far ahead of the opening date.
The No Mason Left Behind Project was the first direct mail fundraising effort for this non-profit. We developed the concept, created all direct mail materials, obtained bids, and managed the print/mail process. We promoted the project by focusing on stories of residents helped by this client. In its third year, the project is on track to raise more than $300,000 in total. We are very proud to be a part of helping improve the quality of life for older Texans.

Research has shown long fundraising letters to be more effective than short letters.
Wrapping up, the letter includes a list of recognition amenities, facts about the need for support, and a reminder of the free gift enclosed.
This standalone donor card lists recognition awards in detail at many different giving levels.
This is the opposite side of the donor card. The page offers payment by credit card or check, plus online and mail-in options. Plus, we remind donors they can give in memory or in honor of a loved one.
The No Mason Left Behind Project continues to be a highly successful direct mail fundraising program. It also serves as an excellent branding strategy for Texas Masonic Retirement Center, a non-profit providing free living arrangements for older Masons. The project includes concept development, custom photography and video, direct mail design, print/mail bidding, and project management. The campaign focuses on sharing the story of a couple or individuals helped by moving to the campus.
